The Key Insight
Every website on the internet is just files. HTML is the skeleton, CSS is the clothing. You don't need a framework, a build tool, or a degree. One file, opened in a browser, is a website.
What Claude Needs to Know
The user might have zero HTML experience. Keep it to one file with inline styles. Help them personalize it with their real name and interests.
